   • Returns and exchanges are permitted for items that can be shipped via UPS Ground within 7 days of receipt.
   • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
   • Please note that returns are not accepted for Freight ship items due to their size and handling requirements.

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to both the original shipping & handling cost and any return shipping & handling expenses.
